How it works
It takes planning with absolute precision to pull off a successful interactive AR tour of a temporary trade show. Our dedicated team start the consultation and planning process long before the show is due. This way we can pre-prepare everything in advance for a rapid deployment in time for the show. We call it just-in-time production.

Scanning a large layout is our speciality, we do it all the time, but the real fun begins when that layout may not even exist until less than 24 hours before the big event. That's where our elite team step in.

Prior to the opening day, we consult with you about the layout, vendor information, sponsors, branding and the interface, visitor numbers and much much more. We can prepare these in advance.

During the setup of the show, our team arrive with the equipment to scan to the space effectively. We only need the 3D information to create a model behind the scenes, not pretty pictures of the finished site. This is what tells the vistor's app where abouts in the show they actually are at all times.

Then it's crunch-time. Trade shows are usually barely set up the day before opening to the public. We work overnight to process the whole thing, add all the information, and turn up with the finished article the next morning for some final testing before the doors open.

Visitors will be able to use it straight away, as if it's always been there

See it in action
Users access the AR tour via an app. It's free and doesn't require any sign-up, personal details or subscriptions. They may even already have the app from other similar locations with an AR tour available.
From here they scan the relevant checkpoint in your space to get started. We can add multiple languages for the tour, so all the user needs to do is select their language and off they go. Everything is designed to be simple, easy and effective.

The tour only works when the user is physically at your site and looking around. For a version viewers can from any device, anywhere in the world, see our Commercial Virtual Tours
